I can hardly believe I'm typing this, but in all our time doing "Supplement of the Month," we have never dedicated a spotlight to one of the most foundational, game-changing supplements in functional medicine: Probiotics!
Seriously, how did we miss this one? It's like having a healthy kitchen and forgetting to talk about the leafy greens! Well, it's finally time to set the record straight and make Probiotics our much-deserved Supplement of the Month.
